But they also warned of the challenges ahead. Lian pointed to scalability, security and regulatory barriers. Shibtoshi expressed concern about the complexity of the technology and the risk of fraud due to reduced regulation. He emphasized the importance of privacy-focused solutions such as SilentSwap, a decentralized, cross-chain aggregator, to counter Web2's increasing surveillance and data collection.

Shibtoshi also saw a bright future and stated that "Web3 is definitely the dawn of a new Internet era." He believed that although "there will be challenges in the coming months and years, but they can be overcome". Both experts believed that its success would depend on overcoming technical challenges, facilitating user adoption and navigating the changing regulatory environment.

Investors should always act with due diligence, regardless of who is talking about an opportunity. Be careful and never invest more than you can afford.
